It is my personal belief that God wants you to take care of your body, eat healthy, sleep well, and exercise. Your life will change. If you love yourself, it is easier to love others in return.
For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” - Galations 5:14 NLT
Paula Giglio, a RYT-200 and certified mat Pilates instructor, has happily made yoga instruction her life’s work. Since her younger years, Paula has always been in awe of the power of the mind and the body. As an adult, she took this admiration and developed a strong practice and study of yoga on her own. Being somewhat of a nomad over the past 16 years, Paula has turned to yoga to find peace wherever she roamed. Happily residing in Wilmington and hoping to stay, Paula’s intention is to help people realize the power of their own bodies and mind through yoga. “Practicing basic yoga asanas is like a musician practicing scales; it’s fundamental. However, it’s the creativity in how one moves through the asanas that is music”

She has worked with children most of her life. The third in a family of seven children, a nanny for over twelve years and being a mother herself, Chanda knows the importancy of raising a happy, healthy and empowered child. Chanda recently received her Children's Yoga Certification in Asheville and is teaching a pre-teen class.
