Cycling Energy
This yoga class begins with a challenging, repeating sequence of upper and lower body yoga poses that develop significant warmth and strength. This warmth is taken into a core series that generates flexibility while conditioning body awareness. This practice is a complimentary alternative to traditional Power/Vinyasa style yoga flows.
Hatha flow
Bring spaciousness and vitality to the body and energy channels as you flow with this hatha sequence. Variations are offered throughout this practice so you can find your correct level in each yoga pose. Extra emphasis is on forward bends to refresh the back lines of the body.
Earth flow
Fire, water and air. How do these elements translate in our bodies through movement? We are made up of at least 75% water, this flow will allow the body to return to it's natural state, fluidity. The vinyasa will begin with water, weaving fire and air through out. Explore your own fluid state with the earth flow.
